MAKE COURAGE A HABIT
The fear of failure can be blocking. You want to move forward, but you freeze and resist, faced with the possibility of making mistakes. The more you avoid failure, the more you magnify fear. So what’s the solution? Fail! Expose yourself to situations where you step out of your comfort zone and experience the discomfort of dealing with the move to action, and what you don’t control.
No giant strides are needed. But small, achievable steps taken often and consistently over time.
Making Courage a Habit consists of 21 challenges, one a day, in your mailbox to help you take action and deal with the discomfort of trying something new on a regular basis.
Failure is part of the process. Not because you give up on the challenge, but because you embrace an iteration process (trial and error) to achieve it.
And it is this process that will help you learn to deal with the fear of failure.

How will it work?
For 21 consecutive days, you receive an email every day, at 6 am, with instructions for the challenge of the day.
The reading time of the challenge is 5-10 minutes, being presented in text and/or video format.
The execution time depends on the challenge and the level you choose. Some challenges are level 2 and 3.
Is this challenge for you?
Yes. If the fear of failure leaves you blocked and unresponsive. You feel ready to act, but you don’t know where to start.
No. You block yourself with the fear of failure, but you are still not willing to act, preferring to keep everything in your life as it is.
No. If you suffer from depression and/or clinical anxiety. The challenge does not replace specialized monitoring by a licensed clinical psychologist, psychiatrist and/or psychotherapist.

It’s the place where you share your experiences, clear up doubts, connect with brave others and interact with me daily.
What if you miss one of the days?
No problem. you always have the opportunity to resume one or more days later.
At the end of the 21 days, you will be ready to choose which challenges you want to keep, and you have developed the “muscle” of courage to embrace the other challenges in your life.
